We are trying to install the Atlassian Subversion plugin (0.10.11.1) with JIRA (version 5.2.4, download), but when we try to start JIRA back up, we get an error in the logs and it fails to start. We have tried it both with and without the subversion-jira-plugin.properties file in WEB-INF/classes and have tried with and without the entry "jira.option.ignore.url.with.key=false" in the jira-config.properties file. The error we are getting everytime is:

Anyone have any suggestions?
I figured it out. Here is what I found in case it helps someone else.
It turned out that tha subversion plugin was installed when JIRA was on a different server which was a while ago. When JIRA was moved to a different server, the plugin was never reinstalled but the plugin configuration stayed with the database. And besides the sample repository posted in my error message above, there were numerous more repositories configured that pointed to an SVN server that had been shut down. I thought JIRA was failing to start after it didn't seem to do anything after the error I posted above but really I just failed to wait long enough (I was doing this on a production system and was tryign to avoid having it down long). Turned out that it was just trying to connect to the other repositores, but couldn't since they didn't exists and was taking a while timing out each.
I restarted JIRA, let it sit for a while to let it go through the other repositories. Once it finally booted up, I was able to go into the administration tool and delete them all and setup the new ones.
Here is the code I used to see the configuration in the database:
select * from propertyentry pe, propertystring ps where pe.id = ps.id and entity_name like '%subversion%';
