JIRA crashes when project role tab is accessed.

We recently started having issues with the Project Role Tab plugin. When it is accessed (Chrome, IE, Firefox) it kicks off the process but gets caught up and eventually the application just dies and the browser must be shut down.

We recently upgraded to JIRA 7.2.3 which is known to have some issues in relation to the return of Users in mentions, watches, assignments, etc.  Some of our projects have 4000-5000 individuals in users and developers roles so it is definitely returning a lot of users when it does work which happens on occasion. The last time I tried I happened to notice that waiting for secure.gravatar.com was displayed over and over again at the bottom until it finally just hangs.

Sorry to hear that you have problems with JIRA Project Role addon. Do you also have projects with lower number of users? Is the page loaded fine for these projects with less users? (If you don't have such a small project, could you create one and test it?)
