JIRA Email This Issue Plugin installed from Marketplace

Went through the configuration settings but not getting the option on the menu to email anything, (I believe it is supposed to show up on the Issues page in upper right hand corner as well as the "More Actions" drop down). It is not. I restarted the Jira service as well. What else do I need to do to get this working?

Istalled from my Jira 5.28 addons menu.

Email server was not yet configured. Apparently the "email an issue" items do not show up on the menu until the email server is configured.
