JIRA Auditor Plugin - no response

We use JIRA Auditor Plugin with JIRA 4.1.2 and want to migrate to JIRA 6.1.7.

After the direct import without Jira Auditor Plugin the system worked properly.

After we included the Jira Auditor plugin some problems came up. There was no response by the system while updating in administration area. Sometimes we got a Nullpointer Exception.

Please investigate on the reasons and tell us what needs to be done.

You'll need to read your log file for the actual errors - a vague "some problems came up" doesn't really tell us enough to help you at all.

Also, you might want to raise this with the vendors. If it is who I think it is, they're very responsive and helpful.
