we areusing JETI for our mail comunication with customers and since last week we experience a new behaviour. In the past recipients in CC were added to a custom field, now they are added to the field Request Participants. We would like to avoid this as we only want to communicate directly with the reporter and if wished manually add any participants.
We are running version 220.127.116.11 and according to the release notes some improvements have been made regarding request participants. Is there any way of configuring the system so that we have the old behaviour?
