Issuefunction Commented inRole Users is not returning expected issues

Hi

Issuefunction Commented inRole Users is not returning expected result
issueFunction in commented("inRole Users") and project = "New project"

If I change the filter to
issueFunction in commented("by someUser") and project = "New project"

where someUser is the user who added the comment then the filter returns the issue.

someUser is not member of any other Roles except "Users" in "New Project".

Bug or am I doing something wrong?

That's actually searching by the role level of the comment, rather than all users in that particular role. There is an existing issue for this.

Hi, Jamie. 

I have the same problem. I added a user to a specific Role (My Role) and wrote a comment by him. But filter

issueFunction in lastComment("inRole 'My Role'")

returned nothing.

Please, explain, how "lastComment" is searching through my Issues ?
