Is this Subversion ALM add-on supported on JIRA Cloud instance?

Is this Subversion ALM add-on supported on JIRA Cloud instance? My Cloud instance is https://jsba99.atlassian.net.

URL for the Add-on is https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/com.kintosoft.jira.subversion-plus/version/391, when I try to upload this add-on via Manage Add-on, after providing URL, I get message like Download & Installing and then : 

The add-on at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/com.kintosoft.jira.subversion-plus/version/391 cannot be installed on this Cloud instance.

Please help.

It is not available for JIRA Cloud (and it will NOT available in the future)
