Hello, following an install issue, I have uninstalled and would like to reinstall the Bauer User Story Map plugin. Unfortunately, I just have the option to buy the soft and not reinstall to continue the test period.

I have opened a support request 3 days back with absolutely no feedback from Bauer.
I am worrying, the tool looks interesting, but without any support, I would not be in a position to install and purchase.

Can someone help and tell me how to get some support from Bauer?

I have written this post following a total absence of reply from Bauer support site. I have created a support request 2 weeks back there. Despite the fact that I have defined the criticity as blocker, no answers are coming...
