Hello! We've been facing some trouble with our customer portal, since we need it to be completely in Portuguese.
We already set our system's default language as Portuguese, but there're still some words in English appearing.
We also found some add-ons for translating the customer portal, but none of them are available to JSD Cloud. Is there some other way we could adjust it?
What version of JIRA are you running? Depending on the version there may be updated translations. You can check for this at Atlassian Translations. Choose Portugese and then choose Brazil (Brasil) or Portugal (Portugal). From there, click Translate.
Change the Product and version to Service Desk and the version of Service Desk you're using. Under the search term type the word in English and you'll be able to see if there is a translation for it.
