Is there a way to track issues which were moved between cadences?

Lilach Gilboa September 3, 2017

Hi,

I have a team which wants to use BigPicture for PI plan.

The team uses only epics, which are assigned to versions in Jira.

They want to know if an Epic was moved to a different cadence.

Is there any way to track these movmemnts?

Hello Lilach,

Thank you for your inquiry.

For the moment, the only way to keep track of such changes being made, is to create a baseline on the Gantt chart - WBS section. This can be done by clicking a 'cog' icon on the far right Work Breakdown Structure column and selecting Baselines - Create Baseline. Then in View option 'Show' Columns and Baselines. This way, any time an epic or any other issue has been moved (updated) from one cadence to another, the baseline will mark an original location of the issue on the Gantt chart.

Please let us know if this resolution works for you and if you have any other question don't hesitate to drop an e-mail to: support@softwareplant.com

Kind Regards,
