Is there a way to hide the Remote Copy option from users?

With the Remote Copy plugin installed, when viewing an issue the Remote Copy option is always available under "More". I would like to make it available only to developers. Is there a way to do this? I couldn't find any configuration pages for this plugin, although I did see some "config" classes in the source code.

Is there also any way to allow(disallow) permission on workflow schemes (such jira.permission.create.clone.denied) ?
