Is there a way to clone Comments and Defect links for Tests in Zephyr?

When we Clone a Zephyr test we want the clone to retain the existing Comments, and Defect links since these often do not get fixed for the next cycle. We need to know where are problems still are when running the tests again.

Please consider this as an new option when cloning tests.

Thanks!

Hi Dan,

It looks like any time you clone a JIRA issue type, the links and the comments do not get cloned with it and Test is a standard JIRA issue type. You may want to bring this up with JIRA. They are in charge of what rules a standard JIRA issye type follows therefore our issue type Test follows their rules. Not to mention the ability to link and comment are JIRA fields. Not Zephyr fields.

Kind Regards,

Emily

Hi Dan,

By comments do you mean the comments in the execution statuses?

Kind Regards,

Emily
