The background on our situation. The deploy tasks use build artifacts based on Bamboo definitions for environments. The build artifacts are created by a build plan in Bamboo. When we want to deploy then the artifact used for deployment is taken from the Bamboo build environment. I want to use the actual published version from Artifactory.
My Search for a plugin supporting deploying artifacts from Artifactory to an environment (i.e. dev, test, staging, production) has not been successful. Writing a script task in Bamboo will work. This seems unnecessarily complex and there should be an existing capability. Is there a plugin that will support bamboo deployment of an Artifact from Artifactory?
