We use the standard mail handler to create tickets and comments from emails, but it is failing to strip the quoted parts of emails coming via Outlook clients.
There are workarounds in the KB but they need to be redone for every update so out sorporate JIRA team don't want to go that way, which I can understand.
Is the Enhanced Mail Hander better at dealing with stripping off quoted email chains?
