Is it possible to see the inactive users in the Timesheet Report ?

Christophe Debussche January 7, 2015

Hi,

One of my user left the company and has become inactive. I however would like to still see him in my reports to check the number of days spent on the project, but it seems he doesn't appear anymore in my Timesheet Report.

The user has been deleted (coming from Active Directory > Crowd > JIRA, and deleted in Active Directory) so I don't have any group for him anymore.

Any idea how I could have the report with this user (the time logged is still indicated on each issue, but with a  \[X] after his name) ?

Thanks in advance !

Christophe

Hi Christophe,

With Time Sheet Report it should be possible specifying Project or Group: Any Group.

Project Pivot Report should show this by default.

Please let me know if it works.

Thank you.
