Is it possible to plot a line graph for values an attribute held over time?

Hi,

I  was wondering as Jira/Insight stores all changes in value for an attribute in its DB, is it possible to plot a line graph of values that an attribute held over time.

Case: Plotting Supplier Performance Rating over time for a Supplier in SCMIS.

Cheers,

Anand

Hi Anand,

In Insight, there is currently no way of visualising in a graph the changes an object or an attribute had over time.

It's possible using the REST API or JAVA API to build something of your own, that based on the history of the object creates this kind of reports.

Take a look at https://documentation.riada.se/insight/latest/insight-for-developers/insight-rest-api/version-1-0-documentation/objects-rest for the REST API

And https://documentation.riada.se/insight/latest/insight-for-developers/insight-java-api and https://insight-javadoc.riada.se/insight-javadoc-5.1/com/riadalabs/jira/plugins/insight/channel/external/api/facade/ObjectFacade.html for the JAVA REST API

Best Regards
Alexander
