Goal is to use Portfolio for Jira (Cloud), but also integrate it with ServiceNow at the Portfolio level.
Basically stakeholders would create and manage Portfolio (Initiative) level items within ServiceNow. These items would need to sync into Jira, and from there a Product Owner would pull from the backlog and continue managing them in Jira.
