I am a team lead for a Support team that lives in JIRA. A majority of our support requests are duplicates of exisiting error stacks, and would love to free up the team's time, by addressing real issues. Is there a demo of some sort, or can I set one up, to see how Hercules works?
The plugin vendor is Atlassian. And was directed here for guidance. I'll try that now.
