Is it possible to assign attributes to an issue, EG a label, depending on who the issue reporter is?

I have various stakeholders who add tickets into the backlog for triage. I would like to add a label automatically so for example if MR X created an issue then it would have a label on it "MR X"

or whatever combination of that can work. I'm sure you get the picture.
