Is it possible to add buttons in JIRA to trigger call outs in PagerDuty?

What I am looking for is buttons to appear only in P1 and P2 incidents for all the relevant Support teams.

These buttons will have the name of the support team on them and, when pressed, will talk to PagerDuty to tell it to call the person that is currently oncall for this support team.

Is this possible?
