Invalid license or no login?

RS April 4, 2013

I don't know where to start troublesooting, is my license invalid, or haven't I logged in, or both? I created an application in Twitter and linked it to my account with "Read, Write, & Direct Messages" access. I generated a consumer key/secret pair and input them into the plug-in but I keep getting this error. My JIRA version is 5.2.9, perhaps that has something to do with it. What am I doing wrong?

For some reason the screen clips weren't included in my original post.
