I can get a button-styled link to Issue Collector to work in Salesforce but the requirement I've been given is to integrate the button, along with its metadata-collecting capabilities.
Unfortunately, Salesforce does a lot of obfuscation (presumably to protect itself from malicious code). This includes wrapping the issue collector code in another function, obfuscating page properties and changing browser object scopes so that they can't be accessed easily.
I can write a custom function and trigger it with a button, so the easy solution would be if the Atlassian code was wrapped in a callable function rather than trying (unsuccessfully) to bind to obfuscated window or page properties. But I haven't found any hint anywhere that this is possible. So given that...
Has anyone managed to integrate an Issue Collector button (with all its metadata collection) into Salesforce? If so, how did you manage it?
I'm open to all suggestions.
