Installing JIRA SDK

Hi

I am new to JIRA SDK, I floowed instructions as per

I am getting the following errors. Can someone please show me the way forward?

There is one jar missing.

Thanks for quick reply, but the link doesn't work.

I am assuming "maven-cli-plugin-parent.jar" is missing. If I am correct can you suggest a way to fix it.

I tried those before asking question. Didn't resolve my issue
