Installed SynapseRT - but missing workflows, projects, and project categories

I have a recently-downloaded JIRA v5.2.9. I just installed the SynapseRT plugin (by uploading the file from the local machine). I'm going through the installation and configuration steps, but a few things seem to be missing. Test case automatic workflow, test plan workflow, and test case manual workflow don't appear to be in my Workflows. Also, I don't see the project SYNAPSETEST, nor the Project Category SYNAPSETEST_CAT. By comparison, the new Custom Fields were properly installed, and I have a SynapseRT main tab, and it generally works - so lots of the configuration happened properly. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Seems that you are having some trouble with the plugin usability. While waiting for other users to share their opinion on this, you can also try to address the issue to the vendor directly and perhaps they can provide you with the help that you require:
