Install Agile Cards

Hi,

I would like to install "Agile Cards" Add-on to my Jira On Demand, and according to the instructions, https://my.atlassian.com/addon/success?type=try&addOnKey=com.spartez.scrumprint.scrumplugin&addOnName=Agile+Cards&addOnSen=L3485262&licenseId=3485262&parentName=JIRA&referrer=pac&callback=&licensefieldname=, there should be a ""Upload Add-On" link, which I cannot find on my Managed Add-Ons screen.

I am under the impression that Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager needs to be installed, but I presume this is installed by default, because I can see "The Universal Plugin Manager (v2.14.3) by Atlassian" at the bottom of my page.

It would be great if someone could give me some hints.

You can not upload plugins in OnDemand, and the list of plugins is restricted too
