Insight - boolean attribute imports as "false" regardless the source csv contents

Sanja Vukovic February 16, 2018

I want to import attribute Virtual in Object Type Host.
No matter what I do, I can't make it work. It is allways "false".

I tried instead 1 and 0 to actually write "true" into input csv and it works that way.
Text "true" imports as Bollean True, and everything else imports as False. Who knew.
It should be that 1 imports as True, 0 as False, and everything else blank!

Hi Sanja,

For our imports, you should specify a boolean using either true or false.

Regarding using 1 or 0, I would like to recommend you to visit https://jira.riada.se which is our open ticket system for feature requests and verified bugs. You can view, watch, vote etc for issues reported by anyone.

If you can't find an already opened feature request for this, feel free to create a new one.

Best Regards
Alexander
