We're on hosted (cloud) Jira.
Using an addon called "Abacus", I have created an automated process that calculates a "UserPain Score" value using three other custom fields (Userpain score = field1+field2+field3). This field gets calculated whenever an issue is created or updated, and this works well.
I would now like to enhance this process by increasing the "UserPain" value by a given percentage every week the issue is open, so that the issue "bubbles up" as it ages.
Initial calculated Userpain score: 40
After one week : 40 * 1,25 = 50
After two weeks : 50 * 1,25 = 63 (rounded from 62.5)
"Abacus" doesn't seem to let me do this easily without creating too many temporary custom fields etc. Some of the other more sophisticated addons that would work, don't run on cloud Jira...
