We use a user property which can be exported with each worklog. That property could be a concatenation of all the teams the user is on...

Hi, What is the problem you are trying to solve? As you probably know a developer can be a member of several Tempo teams

Hey there.

Perhaps you can address this issue to the plugin vendor directly and ask them what are their thoughts on this. Refer to the following:

  1. Name: TM Software
  2. Address: Borgartun 37, Reykjavik 105, Iceland
  3. Email: support@tempoplugin.com
  4. Phone: +354 545 3000
  5. Website: https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/JTS/Getting+Help+and+Support

Hope this helps!

Warm regards,

Danial

Hi,

The Tempo team monitors the questions asked about Tempo on Atlassian Answers. The Atlassian Marketplace encourages customers to ask questions related to add-ons on this medium and it is benefitial to have an open QA platform for all add-ons. So there is no need to point to our external support channels. But thanks anyway for sharing :-)

Cheers,
Viðar
