Since we updated to JIRA 6.0.3, the sprints are grayed out like descriped in this issue:

Everything is fine if I deactivate the plugin but we would like to continue using it...

In the following bug report, it is mentioned that this problem will be fixed in JIRA Agile / GreenHopper 6.3.1:
You just have to wait for it to be released and that should fix the problem permanently.
