Is there a new version of the importer to use for newer versions of FogBugz?
If there is not major database structure modification on your Fogbugz version than 8.7.60, you can try the latest version of the importer plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-importers-plugin should not be a problem.
