IE8 and Scaffolding 4.5.1 issue - Loading Page Error

I have created a new Confluence Global Template with various Scaffolding markup which works fine in FireFox, but when I edit contents in IE8 I get a long list of errors attached below.... Any reason why this is happening in IE would be great as well as some kind of resolution to this issue. We have Confluence version 4.1.5 installed.

The issue was IE8 - installed IE9 and problem solved!
