ICTIME configuration doesn't exist

Hi,

We're migrating JIRA application from 6.1.6 to JIRA 6.4.13 by take backup and then restored it to new JIRA and then installed ICTime but old ICTime of old JIRA that should included in the backup doesn't transferred to new ICTime we've installed like activity types and projects status but reporting is working well, Please advise

I tried to migrate the entities from JIRA 6.1.6 [ictime 3.2.0] to JIRA 6.4.13 [ictime 6.4.3] as in your email and could not detect any missing data.

The Restore/Backup process is supported by Atlassian and ictime does not intervene during it. You should check your log files to see if any exception occurred.

You could try to re-backup the old JIRA and to reimport it in the new one or if that is not feasible for you, reassign manually the two entities (which from your screenshots are not so many).
