I receive an error when trying to Configure JEMH addon

Tarrah Gledhill June 21, 2013
I have just installed Enterprise Mail Handler for JIRA (JEMH) for the first time and after installation I selected Configure. I get the error message below when I try to Configure JEMH. Running Jira v5.2.9, Firefox 17.0.2 or IE 8. Not Found (404) Error creating bean with name 'com.javahollic.jira.emh.ui.action.JEMHWelcome': Instantiation of bean failed; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException: Could not instantiate bean class [com.javahollic.jira.emh.ui.action.JEMHWelcome]: Constructor threw exception; nested exception is com.atlassian.activeobjects.internal.ActiveObjectsSqlException: There was a SQL exception thrown by the Active Objects library: Database: - name:MySQL - version:5.0.95-log - minor version:0 - major version:5 Driver: - name:MySQL-AB JDBC Driver - version:mysql-connector-java-5.1.24 ( Revision: ${bzr.revision-id} ) java.sql.SQLException: Error on rename of './jira_support/#sql-6f88_17fa517' to './jira_support/AO_78C957_LDAPCONF' (errno: 150) Any ideas of what I can do to get this plugin working? It sounds like just the addon I am looking for. Thanks, Tarrah

Hi Tarrah, its a known upgrade issue, please drop 'AO_78C957_LDAPCONF' , its a JEMH table, is empty, contains no configuration data. No restart necessary, next Welcome screen access will bootstrap everything.
