I need some help in writing a script for a Scripted Field - Total Story Points.Need Complete script

I have created a new scripted field Total-StoryPoints .This Field should return Total of story points. 

If we search a specific Project and the scripted field, the field should return the total story points in that particular project.If we search for a fix version  and the scripted field , the field should return total story points of the fix version.

Also I need a logic to add certain limit to the total-storyPoints. If the limit is exceeded, send email notification etc.

Please help !!

There was not really a question to answer in your posting.  You have not said what you have done so far, or really where you are stuck.
