I'm wondering if there is a custom field that could save the entered data into database, so the employee only add a new data if he didn't find it.
ex : a field similar to the one where we enter componenets .
for forther explanation :
the field i needed it to enter customers name email number.
and if they were returned customer, the employee should found there data previously entered and only have to choose it .
while if it was a new one, he will have to add name email number and it would be stored .

Insight is an add-on that offers a custom field with this "select one if already existing and matches the entered pattern, but create one if not existing, but has the permission" behaviour.
