When using the Tooltip macro, the spacing between the lines of text changes (less space between the question and the answer). For example, see the linked page below:

In the FAQ section, where two of the FAQs have tooltips (the tooltips contain the dotted line). Notice the spacing between the answer and the question. The other three questions (without tooltips) use proper spacing between the question (using 'Heading 4') and answer (using 'Paragraph').
Is there a way to fix the spacing to be consistent when using the Tooltip macro?
