I followed the instructions to configure the TEMPO scheduler, however no one receives emails.

I have viewed the list of users that are part of the Tempo group, they can enter worklogs. I have tried to test send emails to myself as the admin, but so far no luck. Am I missing something?

Hi Marc,

can you confirm that you receive other emails from your JIRA instance (f.x. issue transitions, comments on issues,..) or receive an email when you send a test mail from the JIRA system (System-> Outgoing mail). in case you receive other mails, can you create an issue in our Support Project (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTS) and add screenshots of the scheduler settings (from Tempo Administration-> Scheduler and also form the "edit" mode of the Scheduler) so we can better investigate this.
