I could not see the Comala Workflow icon in Confluence pages after removing existing workflows

I had some Comala workflows in my Confluene page and I removed it since it was no longer needed. When I tried to add a new page workflow, the workflow icon and edit workflow option is removed from the pages. How can I bring back them to initial set up ?

Can you check if there's an option in the page tools menu to add a page workflow?

you should have also an option in the space configuration section to add space wide workflows?
