Hi,I am trying of install eazyBI for the Jira On demand but the system show me the following message: "An internal error occurred wuile installing this add-on. Please contact Atlassian support". I attached you the image.
I have achieved installed the add-on in my first time but I had to delete the installation because it isn't installed ok to 100%. Maybe, it is the problem.
Could you help me, please?

We might know something about the error, but I'm afraid you haven't attached anything (although debugging "an internal error occurred" almost always requires reading the log files, which only Atlassian support can do anyway)
