I cannot Unsubscribe from Analytics for Confluence Cloud

The Add-On "Analytics for Confluence Cloud" does not meet our needs, yet we are totally unable to remove it. Attempt to Stop Trial/Unsubscribe is met with "An unexpected Error Occured".

As you can imagine we do not want to be billed for a product that we have evaluated as not required beyond the trial period.

Help would be appreciated
