I can't upload the licence file for servicerocket scaffolding

Christopher Jones March 27, 2015

Hello,

I have an important lost of functionality to the confluence site that I administer, because scaffolding isn't working.

It happened after I updated both scaffolding and the plugin manager add ons.

When I go to the scaffolding page under ServiceRocket Plugins, it says that there is no licence (Screenshot1), but this contradicts the licence information on the Manage Add-ons page (Screenshot1-b).

I obtained a new community licence from ServiceRocket, but when I tried to upload the new licence file, I got error messages (Screenshot2 and Screenshot3).

Please help!

Thanks,

Sorry, not an answer, but I was hoping you might be able to help.

I'm having the same problem, though possibly even worse.

Because I'm using an old version of Confluence, I can't even find the area that contains the fields you have in screenshot 1.

We've just spent $3000 on plugins we can't use!

Help!

James
