I can not add and display versions in wbsgantt-for-jira

Since yesterday, we are considering introducing wbsgantt-for-jira.

Since there are uncertain points, I will ask you a question.

■ I can not add and display versions
Symptom

◇ The version added in the backlog is not displayed in "WBS Gantt chart for Jira".

Two versions are displayed in "WBS Gantt chart for Jira", but the third and subsequent versions are not displayed.
I confirmed it in our sandbox environment.
From the version setting of the add-on function> "All versions are displayed".

◇ Can not add version on "WBS Gantt chart for Jira"

When "Project" on "WBS Gantt chart for Jira" is selected, if you press the upper menu Add, "version" exists in the menu, but it can not be selected in the inactive state.
We confirmed it both in our sandbox environment and in your company sandbox environment.

■バージョンの追加と表示が行えない

症状

◇バックログで追加したバージョンが、「WBS ガントチャート for Jira」に表示されない。

• 「WBS ガントチャート for Jira」にバージョンは2つ表示されますが、3つ目以降のバージョンが表示されない状況です。
• 弊社サンドボックス環境で確認しました。
• アドオンの機能設定＞バージョンから、「全てのバージョンを表示」にしております。

◇「WBS ガントチャート for Jira」上でバージョン追加を行うことができない

• 「WBS ガントチャート for Jira」上のProject行を選択した状態で、上部メニューAddを押下すると、メニューに「version」は存在しているのですが、非活性化状態で選択できません。
• 弊社サンドボックス環境と、御社サンドボックス環境の両方で確認しました。

Hi,

I just want to let the community know (since this issue has been solved in the support ticket.)

There are two different settings in WBS Gantt-chart, Global settings, and Gantt settings. If you open WBS Gantt-Chart screen from Project link, the screen load it based on the Global setting, but if you opened a 'Gantt', the screen load it based on each Gantt settings. so in this situation, you need to configure Gantt version setting as 'All version' and also uncheck the 'Exclude versions without subordinate issues' option in order to display all versions and enable the Add option.
