I am receiving a log in error when trying to enable the Jira plugin for freshdesk

After I enter my log in credentials to enable the JIRA Plugin from Freshdesk, I get an error" Log in failed, bad password" when I know my password is entered correctly. Please let me know if you need additional information to get this resolved for us.
