I am getting error on dashboard after configuration of PrOps for JIRA - Integrate OTRS

How can I fix the following error on my Dashboard after configuration of 

PrOps for JIRA - Integrate OTRS

 

OtrsServiceException getting the tickets for name:, queues: , responsible: false
[OtrsServiceException: Exception in 'lookupUserIDForName' function Nested exception: [SOAPExceptionImpl: com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Bad response: (404Not Found]]

The error you are getting is down to

  • a misconfiguration in Jira where you have not given it a valid OTRS url to connect to
  • your network blocking the connection
  • OTRS not running there
  • OTRS not accepting connections from your system
  • OTRS returning errors from your calls

So, check your settings for the connection are right, check your network, and then talk to your OTRS admins
