How use Scriptrunner to Reporter-value when "Create linked issue" is executed.

A well known JIRA issue is that Reporter-value is not copied when "Create linked issue" is executed. 
I got the answer: use Scriptrunner.  But as a newbe I cannot find a tutorial for beginners on Scriptrunner and therefore:  can someone tell me how to do this ?

Hi Peter.

Your request is quite broad. I would recommend going through the documentation, starting with the basics. And then trying to setup one of the examples that we have in our postfunction section

If you can't figure it out, you have two choices, let me know and I'll try to come up with something when my time allows it, or you can go and take a course at Adaptavist Learn that will take you through the very basics.

Also, do a search in the community for similar questions, that might help you out.
