How to see users in project in tempo?

I have a project 2 and this project have some issue. I assigned some user for issues. But when i choose this project, i can't see any userCapture.JPG

Hi, 

the Project Timesheet (and other Timesheets) display only Issues that work has been logged on in the chosen timeperiod.

To view the worklogs of other users in the Project and Issue Timesheet, you need to be in the "Tempo Project Manager" role for the Project. Please take a look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO/Tempo+Project+Managers+Role for more information.
