How to reset the period in tempo timesheet

Tanja Esselens November 5, 2013

I've set my period to big in my timesheet, now I can't view my timesheet anymore, I always get a java.lang.NullPointerException. So Is there a way to reset the period of my timesheet?

Hi Tanja,

By following this url you should open up a single week period: YOURSERVER/secure/TempoUserBoard!timesheet.jspa?period=06112013&periodView=WEEK

Before you do so, could you please send us your NullPointerException, and inform us your JIRA and Tempo Timesheets versions?

FALSE

select * from "AO_86ED1B_PERIOD_CONFIG";

DEFAULT_PERIOD | ID | PERIOD_RULES | START_DAY | START_MONTH

TRUE
 select * from "AO_86ED1B_PERIOD_CONFIG";

DEFAULT_PERIOD | ID | PERIOD_RULES | START_DAY | START_MONTH
t | 1 | [{"discriminator":"Monthly","settings":{"startMonth":1,"startDay":1},"effectiveDate":null}] | 0 | 0
f | 2 | [{"discriminator":"Monthly","settings":{"startMonth":1,"startDay":1},"effectiveDate":null}] | 0 | 0
