We use JIRA Service Desk 3.0.11, JIRA Core 7.0.4 and JIRA Software 7.0.4 application software with the Add-on of 'Extension for JIRA Service Desk' version 3.2.7.. We have a form with menu choices which are given as a part of a Multilevel-Structure form and the user will need to make a selection prior to submitting the form. Currently the user is able to submit the form without making any selections/choices on that form. However, we want to force the user to select a given menu option(s) therefore, we need to make the offered menu choices (on the Multilevel Structure Form) to be Required such that the user cannot submit the form without making any menu choice.
