Hi:
I am a new jira administrator, and I had installed Script-Runner plugin.
The Script-Runner is an good plugin.
I want to know how to set the JQL Functions could be used by jira-user, not administrator.
eg :
Administrator can use the filter with below JQL search result.
project = ALFA AND issuetype in (Bug, "Change Request", "New Feature") AND component IN componentMatch("System*")
But not administrator user use the same JQL, the JIRA warn:
"A value provided by the function 'componentMatch' is invalid for the field 'component'."
That's interesting, but it seems like a bug... any user should be able to use them. I guess if you are seeing this it implies it's returning a component in a project that the user running the function doesn't have permission to see.
I've put in https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/browse/GRV-234 - can you update with the version you are using.
