How to get a free trial license for the Bulk User Creator plugin

I am unable to logon using my Atlassian id (email account) and password. I enter the information I know is correct, but the pop-up windows only refreshes (clears the data entered) when I click on Log In or just hit the enter key after entering the requested information.
